Digital Fund Guide
In order to foster ease of doing business and enhance capital market efficiency, the Commission issues operating instructions for TREC Holders facilitating instant digital fund receipts.
Key Highlights:
• Funds deposited via NPSB and Instant Internet Banking must reflect in client purchasing power within 15 minutes of electronic verification.
• Consolidated Customers' Bank Account (CCBA) segregation must be maintained rigorously without commingling.
• Daily settlement logs must be reconciled against commercial bank APIs.
